When will initdesk officially launch?
initdesk is in open beta (started in October 2025). We're using this phase to gather feedback and make sure we're solving the right problems. General availability is planned for early 2026.
How does initdesk compare to other help desk solutions?
initdesk was designed specifically for small teams and solo founders, offering all essential features without the complexity and high cost of traditional solutions. Our advanced AI automates much of the manual work, allowing you to manage support with a fraction of the time and cost. You need to keep your internal knowledge base always updated.
Will there be integrations with other systems?

Do I need technical knowledge to use initdesk?
No! initdesk was designed to be extremely easy to use. Setup takes just a few minutes and requires no technical knowledge. Just connect your email and start using it.
How much will initdesk cost?
During beta, initdesk is free for the first 2 months, and beta users keep a 50% lifetime discount at launch. You can create an account now—no credit card required. At general availability, pricing is expected to start at $7.49 per seat/month (USD). If you join the beta, your price at launch will be $3.74 per seat/month with the lifetime discount.
Does that price include all features?
Yes. One simple plan includes all core features: AI-drafted replies, ticket management, knowledge base (plain text, PDFs), auto-tagging, workflows, multilingual replies, sentiment analysis, webhooks, and basic reporting. Native integrations are rolling out during the beta. No hidden fees. During the beta, AI usage is free; at launch, a fair-use policy will apply.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! We don't require long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties.
