initdesk is in open beta (started in October 2025). We're using this phase to gather feedback and make sure we're solving the right problems. General availability is planned for early 2026.

How much will initdesk cost?
During beta, Initdesk is free for the first 6 months, and beta users keep a 50% lifetime discount at launch. You can create an account now—no credit card required. At general availability, pricing is expected to start at $7.49 per seat/month (USD). If you join the beta, your price at launch will be $3.74 per seat/month with the lifetime discount.
Does that price include all features?
Yes. One simple plan includes all core features: AI-drafted replies, ticket management, knowledge base (plain text, PDFs), auto-tagging, workflows, multilingual replies, sentiment analysis, webhooks, and basic reporting. Native integrations are rolling out during the beta. No hidden fees. During the beta, AI usage is free; at launch, a fair-use policy will apply.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! We don't require long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties.
